HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS HOLDS A DIFFERENT MEANING FOR MILITARY PERSONNEL
RECOGNIZING OUR  SERVICE MEMBERS THIS HOLIDAY SEASON
Brittany Boccher
USO Ambassador, Military Spouse
Catherine Higgins Whiteside
Vice President, Marketing, Americas, Radisson Hotel Group
Â
When we think of the holiday season, we think of it as a wonderful time of year when families gather, reconnect and celebrate. But for many military families, spending the holidays together is not always a possibility. Military families are also some of the most deserving people during the holiday season. With organizations such as the USO, America’s military service members can strengthen their connection to family, their home and country throughout their service to the nation.
November is Military Family Appreciation Month and the USO and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson are partnering to recognize our military and give back to those who sacrifice so much for our country by helping military families reunite with their loved ones this holiday season. On Tuesday, November 12, USO Ambassador, Brittany Boccher will share her experience as a military spouse. She will also share ways to show support to service members and their families.
