Stephen vs The Game on Facebook Watch delivers an unprecedented look into the life of Stephen Curry, a transcendent athlete who – through unprecedented three-point shooting and unbridled joy for the sport – is reinventing the way basketball is played. The series explores what drives Curry on and off the court, including his family, faith, personal passions, and legendary work ethic — all of which have helped him become one of the most revered athletes in the world.

The final episode is scheduled to post on July 29th (NOTE: THE PREMIERE DATE OF THIS FINAL EPISODE IS UNDER STRICT EMBARGO UNTIL JULY 29) and will cover the Warriors’ 2019 playoff run.  It will also cover the franchise altering free agency period this summer.

Executive produced by Unanimous Media (production company co-founded by Steph Curry) and Religion of Sports and directed by Gotham Chopra, the series marks the second installment in the Facebook Watch “Versus” series, which aims to explore the personal motivations that drive some of the world’s most accomplished athletes. In this satellite interview, Chopra is available to talk more about the Curry series, how it came about, and what to expect from the final episode.
