An ever-shifting political, economic and demographic landscape can make it challenging for businesses to stay abreast of key workplace trends that impact their workforce. Sodexo’s 2017 Global Workplace Trends Report highlights 10 important trends that business leaders will want to track. The report is based on Sodexo’s original research and interviews with more than 50 subject matter experts from renowned academic institutions, associations, consultancies, foundations, NGOs, research groups and think tanks.

The 2017 report from Sodexo shows that connectivity, innovations and uncertainty are rewriting the rules of the workplace. Next-generation working styles are being defined by individuality, inclusiveness and techno-literacy. It also calls out that we can expect to see more robots as colleagues in the not-so-distant future.
