Rachel Davidson started as a crew member in 2001 in a Cold Stone Creamery store in Gainesville, FL; where she worked her way up to shift leader and eventually, general manager. In 2005, Rachel left Florida and relocated to Arizona to work for Cold Stone corporate. Since 2005, Rachel has held a variety of positions within the company such as overseeing quality assurance, supporting franchisees as a Reginal Director of Operations and is now the Vice President of Operation Services and Brand Licensing. Her favorite Signature Creation is Peanut Butter Cup Perfection.
