Renowned sommelier, author, and entertaining expert, Sarah Tracey, is available for live interviews to help you plan the perfect Derby party – from her favorite Derby bites and southern sweet treats to entertaining lawn games to play before the big race. She will also share a step-by-step recipe that puts a bubbly twist on the classic mint julep as well as other traditional southern food classics and wine pairings.



Sarah Tracey is a sommelier, wine educator, and event consultant based in Brooklyn. She believes that opening a bottle of wine is the cheapest and quickest way to travel the world without leaving your sofa, and that life is way too short not to drink wines that you absolutely love! When Sarah’s not vineyard-hopping, you can find her sharing her favorite wine, travel, and lifestyle tips and tricks on her site The Lush Life and brainstorming for her column over at (over 50 wine articles and counting, woot!). She also works on the wine list for the Michelin-starred healthful dining destination Rouge Tomate Chelsea where she currently serves as Wine Director, and creating unforgettable wine experiences for her event clients, from corporate team tastings to wine-soaked birthday and bachelorette bashes. Sarah learned the ropes of the beverage biz at City Winery New York, where she was responsible for turning out hundreds of successful events from intimate winemaker dinners to large scale weddings and everything in between. She’s a self-confessed super wine geek with a certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers and has taught 200+ wine classes to date.
