  1. Jason Strong says

Glad to hear you talking about John Guica. He is an innocent man in prison. I know his mother. I know many cases like this. I myself was wrongfully convicted in Illinois, and lost 15 1/2 years. Wrongful convictions is a big problem. Not as rare as some people may think. Thank you for shinning light on this. I could speak volumes about this subject, but I’ll leave it short for now. Just know I appreciate the talk about this case.

  2. Wow you are spot on with the Guica case, I am sure their are a few more just like his in her self proclaimed 35-0 record. I am not sure how she can sleep at night knowing what she did to this man. there needs to be a law to prosecute the prosecutors. When prosecutors deliberately hide evidence to win cases and get raises.

  3. Jaci Thompson says

Thank you for speaking about John Giuca! I’m sure the corrupt Anna Sigga Nicolazzi has ruined more lives than just his! John is innocent! Something has to change!

  4. Thanks for sharing the #WrongfulConviction of John Guica with us. This is a case that needs lots of attention because it is a total miscarriage of justice.

  5. The prosecutor Anna-Sigga Nicolazzi should be held accountable for hiding favorable evidence from the jury. She deceived the jury.

  6. Victor Macucachi says

Michael Volpe thoroughly explains the John Guica case and it becomes obvious that John has been wrongfully charged with a crime he had nothing to do with. The prosecutor is the criminal in this case.

  7. The juror thought John G i u c a was Jewish and hated him for being Jewish.
G i u c a is pronounced Jew- Ka. Thats why he thought he was Jewish.

  8. Hey I remember this case it was on ABC 20/20 and the Judge Danny Chun was favoring the prosecutors. He wouldn’t give Mr Giuca bail after14 innocent years in prison!!!
