Ted Kluck: July 16, 2012

A suburban dad and ex-con show how discipleship isn’t a program.  Ted Kluck and Dallas Jahncke journal their story about how an old car, an ex-con and an unlikely friendship come together in “Dallas and the Spitfire.”  Ted is an educated thirty-something father of two who’s been going to church his whole life.  Dallas is a twenty-one year old former cocaine addict with a prison record who recently became a Christian.

When this unlikely pair agreed to meet regularly for “discipleship,” they knew chatting once a week in a coffer shop wasn’t going to cut it.  Instead, they decided to get to know each other while restoring an old Triumph Spitfire.

Filled with surprises and humor, Dallas and the Spitfire tells a down to earth story of two very different lives and how each changed and along the way will show listeners a new model for men’s (or even women’s) ministry.
